About the Experience
A small-group asado experience in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
We start in our home kitchen making chimichurri, walk the neighborhood (a community garden, street art, and a wine shop pouring Malbec and Torrontés from small Mendoza producers), then return to the fire to learn from our grill masters and sit down to steak, sausages, sweetbreads, grilled vegetables and wine.
